We're a small family of independent musicians. We're grateful for your respect for our craft, and want everybody to enjoy our work fairly.
In purchasing any sheet music from New Vibe Publishing, you sign up to the Agreement at the bottom of the page, summarised here.

The first section re-iterates the law on copyright & sharing for your new music, and we're grateful that you respect this.
I, the Customer, confirm that I understand the law, which applies in the UK and internationally, concerning sharing of sheet music. (Example found here)
I agree not to share my New Vibe music in violation of these laws.

This section agrees to register performances/recordings, if that's required. This information can be easily found here.
I understand my obligation to register performances of New Vibe pieces (if required per www.newvibe.uk), and to contact the composer to agree a licence to make or distribute any recordings of those pieces.
This section agrees that we're sure the pieces are our own, and that any queries of rights will not be made towards us.
I understand that New Vibe has made every effort to ensure the authenticity & authorship of its pieces.
Any disputes regarding rights to the sold material will not be made towards New Vibe.
This section agrees to stay true to your word, as we trust you with our work.
I agree to the entirety of this document.
I acknowledge that any breach of this agreement is my fault, and that I am liable for damages and further legal consequences in such case.

Privacy Policy
We're a small business and want you to have the best possible, and least-intrusive, customer experience with us.
All of the below is largely down to services we use, e.g. our website host (Wix), and our trusted payment handler (PayHip.com) who deals with your transactions. This allows our team to remain small and sustainable.

All direct payment gateways offered by PayHip.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
